First Division Consulting is Hiring a Program Manager (On-Site) Near Panama, FL
Contingent upon contract award.
Location: Center for Explosive Ordnance Disposal and Diving (CEODD) (NSEOD, NDSTC EOD and ND RRL)
First Division Consulting is seeking qualified program manager to support the Naval Diving and Salvage Training Center (NDSTC), Panama City, FL, to provide support services to the EOD Ready Relevant Learning (RRL) program.
- Manage data collection efforts, develop plans and requirements.
- Develop and submit official memorandums, letters and instructions, in accordance with the Navy Correspondence Manual.
- Support current EOD or RRL process to include the Functional Requirements Document (FRD), Naval Education Training Command (NETC) Fielding and Functionality study.
- Develop and manage plan of action and milestones (POAM).
- Prepare and brief RRL process status reports.
- Analyze potential conflicts with EOD/Navy Diver curriculum modernization and delivery of current curriculum.
